Cancellation Policy
There is a $100.00 cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the start of
the rental. A 50% charge from the total rental price will apply if you cancel between 24-48 hours.
A 100% charge of the total rental price will be charged if the rental is cancelled within 24 hours
of the rental start time.

Damage Deposit Requirements

Ferrari Modena: $5,000      All other vehicles: $2,000
The above damage deposit must be placed prior to your rental. The following are accepted for
deposit: VISA, Master Card, and American Express. An authorization will be placed onto your
credit card which will freeze the amount on your total credit line for 2-5 business days. After
this period, you will then receive your credit line back. At least 50% of the damage deposit must
be placed on your credit card.

Insurance
You must have a minimum of 100/300/50 to qualify to rent from us. You must also have had your
policy active with the same insurance company for a period of 3 months or more, be paid in full
and not have a SR insurance rating. We rely on the renter's policy for the rental vehicle. Renters
may not use a company's vehicle policy or have a policy that is in a no-fault insurance state
(Florida/Michigan). 98% of renters with full coverage normally qualify.
